Fade Ogunro has confirmed her father has passed away, a close source tells NET.
Fade is the younger sister of popular music video director Sesan Ogunro. The siblings lost their father Sesan Ogunro Snr., yesterday (Sunday, December 22, 2013) after he was shot by unidentified gunmen during a robbery
Ogunro was leaving the church where he had attended a Christmas Carol service when he was accosted by armed robbers who ended up shooting him in the presence of his family. The shocking incident occurred behind Marwa Gardens, Ikeja, Lagos.
At 10PM last night, Fade was still at her work place Beat FM office, Ikoyi, Lagos State. She is currently at her Ogudu GRA home where friends and family have been visiting to pay their condolences.
Ogunro senior was an advertising guru and the MD of Eminent Communications in Lagos, an advertising company based in Lagos.
